Meet & Greet Service helps you to breeze through the airport with personal assistance and gets you lounge access quicker, along with add-on services like buggy service, porter service, and more.

As of now, Meet & Greet service is available at 11 popular airports in India. You can avail the service at Ahmedabad Airport, Guwahati Airport, Jaipur Airport, Lucknow Airport, Mangalore Airport, Mumbai Airport, Thiruvananthapuram Airport, Bangalore Airport, Delhi Airport, Goa Airport, and Hyderabad Airport.

In case you have any change of plans, then you can cancel your Meet & Greet booking. However, do note that the cancellation rules differ for complimentary bookings and paid bookings.

 

  • If complimentary access has been availed, then the rules below apply –
    • Delhi Airport, Hyderabad Airport, Goa Airport, and Bangalore Airport: No cancellation allowed within 48 hours of service time.
    • Ahmedabad Airport, Guwahati Airport, Jaipur Airport, Lucknow Airport, Mangalore Airport, Mumbai Airport, and Thiruvananthapuram Airport: No cancellation allowed within 72 hours of service time.

 

  • If a paid booking has been availed, then the rules below apply –
    • Bangalore Airport, Ahmedabad Airport, Guwahati Airport, Jaipur Airport, Lucknow Airport, Mangalore Airport, and Thiruvananthapuram Airport: Before service time.
    • Mumbai Airport: 6 hours before service time.
    • Delhi Airport, Hyderabad Airport, and Goa Airport:
      • For Silver, Gold & Transit Packages: Cancellation is allowed. However, no cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of service time.
      • For Elite package: No cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of service time.

If you want to cancel your Meet & Greet service, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Do note that the cancellation charges vary from airport to airport.

 

  • For Bangalore Airport:
    • If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours from service time – No cancellation charge.
    • If the cancellation is made between 24 – 48 hours from service time – 50% cancellation charge.
    • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours from service time – 100% cancellation charge.

NOTE: The cancellation charge will be calculated based on the non-discounted package amount. Additionally, the express fare is a non-refundable component of the booking.

As of now, you cannot reschedule your Meet & Greet Service scheduled. However, you can cancel your booking and re-book the service as per your convenience.

The customer should have a valid India issued Visa Infinite Credit Card to avail the complimentary benefit. The cardholder should have eligible minimum international spends of $1000 in the past 12 months. Eligible spends include face to face / card present transactions.

You are eligible for one (1) complimentary access to Meet & Greet Service in a calendar year.

No. Meet & Greet Service does not fast-track any airport process at any point. All processes are to be completed as per defined processes and applicable laws.

When you book your Meet & Greet service for Bangalore, it will show ‘Booking Initiated.’ It may take upto 8 hours to confirm your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will get an email stating the same as well as your booking status will show ‘Booking Confimed.’

If you have cancelled your Meet & Greet booking (Delhi, Hyderabad & Goa), then your booking status will show ‘Cancel Initiated.’ It may take upto 8 hours to cancel your booking. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will get an email stating the same. Do note that, it will take 7-10 days to complete your refund.
